As a proudly British brand, we’re always looking for ways to pay homage to our roots and weave a subtle sense of heritage throughout our collections, and what’s more British than tweed? The answer: tweed that’s 100% made in England.
The pursuit of honouring heritage craftsmanship led us to historic British tweed makers Linton Tweeds. The Carlisle-based company have been creating couture-level woven tweed fabrics and bouclé for over 100 years, firmly cementing them as experts of the loom, aka the perfect people to help bring our vision to life.
When it came to creating our Heritage Crop Jacket, it wasn’t enough to just select a beautiful tweed fabric; we wanted to make it completely bespoke. To create our unique tweed, Linton Tweeds gave our design team access to their extensive fabric archive to draw on for initial inspiration.

Just like us, Linton Tweeds aren’t ones to shy away from color. Maybe, as a fellow British company, they know that sometimes a bold shade is the best antidote to the often gloomy weather. A lot of thought goes into the shade of the yarns, and many of Linton’s bespoke tones are created by the company’s own dye house.

We chose colors that complement our collection's palette, including our signature Tobacco Tan, which matches the stitching on our denim. The discreet yet bright mix of colors throughout the tweed adds dimension to the neutral base, and the intelligent benefit of effortless cross-collection styling.
