Returns Policy


We hope you love your ME+EM purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a Free Returns Service.

We ask that returned products are returned in new, unused, unwashed condition and not modified in any way. All accessories (for example, belts) must be in the original packaging with all product tags and labels attached. Please try shoes on indoors to ensure they remain clean. Shoes must be returned in the dust bag and must be returned unworn. You can return swimwear as long as it is unworn and any hygiene seals are still intact and all labels are still attached. Returned products must be free from marks or stains (for example, foundation stains or deodorant marks). Jewelry returns will only be accepted with original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty and not fit for purpose. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note: Online orders cannot be returned to a store. Instead they must be sent back via our online returns process. Each order must be returned separately. Combining multiple orders into a single return may cause delays and could result in refunds not being processed.
