Booking your appointment

• Our personal styling appointments are entirely complimentary and there is no minimum spend.

• Appointments are available across our stores and last approximately one hour.

• Fill in the form to request an appointment and someone will respond to you within 24 hours to confirm the date and stylist. Please contact us 3 business days before your preferred appointment date.

• If there are particular styles that you would like to try, or would prefer our experts to pull a rail on your behalf, please share your size and style preferences at least 72hrs in advance and we will ensure your prepared personal edit is ready for your arrival.

Private appointments 

• Private appointments are available outside of store hours upon request.

• Appointments can be arranged for you and up to three guests.

One-to-one appointments 

• One-to-one styling appointments are available during store opening hours, (Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday 12-5pm).

• Other customers may be present in-store during your appointment.
