ME+EM Returns & Exchanges

We’ve simplified our returns process to make it quicker and more sustainable. From now on, US orders will no longer include a paper dispatch note -  instead, everything is managed online through our Returns Portal.

You’ll be able to:

  • Start your return quickly and easily online

  • Select the items you’re sending back without needing paperwork

  • Enjoy a fully digital, paperless process

To make a free return, simply start your return in our Returns Portal.

We hope you love your new investment piece. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a Free US Returns and Exchanges policy. Please note: Online orders cannot be returned to a store, but instead must be sent back via our online returns process. Valid returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable on returns.

To process your return, please follow the instructions on the card enclosed with your order. By scanning the QR code you will be directed to our online returns portal where you can follow the quick and easy steps. You can also access the online returns HERE.

All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order and must be returned in new, unused, unwashed condition, not modified in any way. All accessories (for example, belts) must be in the original packaging with all product tags and labels attached. Returned products must be free from marks or stains (for example, foundation stains or deodorant marks).

  • Footwear: Must only be tried on indoors to ensure they remain clean. Footwear must be returned in their dust bag or box and must be unworn.

  • Swimwear: You can return your swimwear as long as they are unworn and any hygiene seals are still intact and all labels are still attached.

  • Socks and tights: Must be unworn and returned in the original packaging

  • Jewelry returns: Will only be accepted with original packaging.

  • Earrings: Are non returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty and not fit for purpose. This does not affect your statutory rights.

It may take up to 14 days for us to receive your return. Once your return has been received at our warehouse we will inspect the returned product(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per our Returns Policy, we will process your return request, which may take up to 7 days from our receipt of your returned Product(s), and will send you an email notification once your refund has been processed. This may take longer during peak and sale periods.

CERTAIN PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE, LABELED AS "FINAL SALE" ON THE PRODUCT PAGE. FINAL SALE PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

RETURNING GIFTED PRODUCTS

At present we do not offer gift receipts for online purchases. If a gifted product is returned for a refund the refund will be made to the original payment method and a confirmation email will be sent to the person who made the original purchase.

SALE

Our sale is Online only. CERTAIN PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE, LABELED AS "FINAL SALE" ON THE PRODUCT PAGE. FINAL SALE PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED. There will not be any sale stock in our stores. Our sale is subject to further lines being added and for current lines to be further reduced. Unless a product is marked ‘FINAL SALE’ you have up to 14 days of receipt of your order to return your sale purchase. It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us from the date of posting using our free returns carrier. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will inspect the returned product(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per our Returns Policy, a full refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving your returned goods. A confirmation email will be sent to the account holder once the refund is processed. This may take longer during peak and sale periods.

Please Note: Products in the sale are subject to further reductions. We do not reimburse the difference in sale price. In order to benefit from any further reductions, if your full price product is still within the 14 days return period, please return the full price product for a refund and then repurchase the product at the new sale price.

START YOUR RETURN

Note: these instructions are for US returns only.

Step 1. Start your return online

Click here to access the returns portal.

Enter your order number (starting with a 4 or 5) and the email address used for the order.

Select the item(s) you’d like to return and the reason why.

Follow the remaining instructions on the portal

Step 2. Send your parcel

You’ll receive a “ME+EM Return Confirmation” email with full instructions.

Take your parcel to the drop-off point.

Important information

Proof of postage: Always keep this safe until you receive confirmation from us.

Refund times: Refunds may take up to 21 days from posting. This may be longer during peak/sale periods. Stores: Online orders cannot be returned in ME+EM stores

One order per return: Please return each order separately to avoid delays.

It may take up to 14 days for us to receive your return. Once your return has been received at our warehouse we will inspect the returned product(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per our Returns Policy, we will process your return request, which may take up to 7 days from our receipt of your returned Product(s), and will send you an email notification once your refund has been processed. This may take longer during peak and sale periods.

We thoroughly inspect all our products before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is damaged or has a clear manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately. Please take extra care when trying on your garments. We recommend wearing a protective scarf to avoid transferring cosmetics onto fabric and removing all deodorant, fragrances and jewelry. Any item(s) returned as faulty will be inspected by our Garment Technician. Any item(s) that are returned damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be considered as faulty and will be returned back to the customer. (Examples of wear and tear are item(s) that are returned soiled, marked or with any stains or perfume odors, material that contains fabric pulls, snags or bobbles or garments washed incorrectly.)

Purchases made from Friday 14th November 2025 can be returned up until Monday 5th January 2026. Purchases made on or after Monday 22nd December 2025 will be subject to the standard 14 days returns policy.

We offer Instant Exchanges for different sizes. Click the link below to create an Instant Exchange and follow the instructions for sending the original item back to us.

Your request for an exchange will be processed as soon as you submit your request and your new order will be dispatched within 48 working hours.

You will need to return the original item to us within 7 days and it must be returned new, unused, unwashed, not modified in any way and with all accessories e.g. belts, and in the original packaging with all ME+EM garment tags and labels attached.

  • Footwear must only be tried on indoors to ensure they remain clean. Footwear must be returned in their dust bag or box and must be unworn. 

  • All socks and tights are non-returnable.

  • Earrings are non-returnable.

  • Swimwear must be returned unworn with any hygiene seals intact and all labels still attached.

Your original item cannot be returned to any of our stores (either standalone or concession), it must be returned using the return label/QR code that will be emailed to you when you create your exchange.

If you reach us in this window, we will do our very best to cancel it - but cancellation is not guaranteed, as your order may already be processing in our warehouse.
