You can continue to shop or browse the site at any time and return back to ‘MY SHOPPING BAG’ when you are ready to purchase. Your item(s) will remain in your bag until purchased.
+ When you have chosen and are satisfied with the item(s) in ‘MY SHOPPING BAG’, Click the ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ button
+ Select your ‘CHECKOUT METHOD’ (Create/Login to your ME+EM Account or Checkout as Guest)

If something is missing from your order, in the first instance please check your Shipment Confirmation email and your ME+EM invoice to see if your order has been part-dispatched. The missing item may have been on pre-purchase and will be dispatched at a later date. This information will be visible in the Product Description online. Yes, you can purchase gift cards in-store. These gift cards can only be redeemed in our US stores (not our UK stores) and they can’t be redeemed online.

We are happy to exchange or refund unwanted items if returned in perfect, unworn condition, together with proof of purchase and provided tags are attached. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. You can also contact stores for a free return label to post your unwanted item(s) back to the store. Stores can email you the label which will need to be printed and attached to the parcel, along with your details so you can be contacted for a refund. Yes, you are welcome to return a product purchased in one US store to any of our US stores. Unfortunately, you cannot return a product purchased in a US store to one of our UK stores and you cannot return a product purchased in a UK store to a US store.
Yes. If you call the store you purchased the item from, they will be able to create a shipping label for you which they will email you to print out and attach to the parcel. Please remember to include the receipt in your parcel.
