If you have been gifted a ME+EM E-Gift Card or physical Gift Card, you can check your balance below.

Terms & Conditions

+ US gift cards/e-gift cards are issued by FFF Import Inc.

+ US gift cards/e-gift cards may be purchased with a minimum value of $25 and a maximum value of $1,000.

+ US gift cards/e-gift cards may be purchased with any value on them within the above range; there are no set denominations.

+ US gift cards/e-gift cards  are only redeemable in ME+EM stores based in the US or online at www.meandem.com/us.

+ US gift cards/e-gift cards  are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit except where required by law.

+ Products purchased with US gift cards/e-gift cards  are not eligible for cash refunds.

+ Promotional codes or discounts cannot be used when purchasing a US gift card/e-gift cards .

+ US gift cards/e-gift cards do not have an expiration date.

+ When redeeming a US gift card/e-gift cards, the value of the purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. 

+ US gift cards/e-gift cards  are equivalent to cash, and like cash, if lost, stolen or damaged cannot be replaced.
