Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation email to the address provided. This will contain your order number and details of your purchase(s). Please be aware that this email is only an acknowledgement that your order has been received. A shipment email will be sent when we have checked our stocks and can confirm we have dispatched the goods you ordered. This is the point when we have agreed to a contract with you.

Once you receive the order dispatch email this will act as confirmation that your item(s) have been sent. You may receive multiple order dispatch emails if your order is being shipped in more than one parcel. If any goods are unavailable, you will receive an email to confirm the item will be cancelled and your payment for that item will be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse any order prior to dispatch.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Switch, Solo and PayPal.

All transactions are taken in pounds sterling (£). If your credit card is in any other currency, the rate of exchange will be that of your card issuer and you may be charged an international fee by them.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, ME+EM uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology. All sensitive payment information is stored on a heavily encrypted database and protected by multiple firewalls.

If an order is gateway rejected due to our security settings, please note that if you attempt the order multiple times the bank will hold these funds in a pending status for up to 5 working days. Please do not reattempt your orders. Call the customer care team on 03456 800 975 who will be able to assist you.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, ME+EM uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send us over the Internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser and you can click on this to find out more information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

We process all payments using HSBC secure e-payments system. This system ensures that all sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database and protected by multiple firewalls.

We will take all reasonable care to keep your order secure, but in the absence of our sole negligence we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any of your data, including credit card details that you have provided.

We comply fully with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013; Electronic Commerce Regulations (EC Directive) 2000; and The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (EC Directive) 2003. More information can be found at www.dti.gov.uk.

All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of UK taxes (VAT) at the current rate (20%). We automatically deduct UK VAT for orders being delivered outside of the European Community.  Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

For any queries around VAT, we recommend contacting HM Customs on +44 2920 501 261, or for more information you can also visit www.hmrc.gov.uk/vat

From time to time ME+EM run Promotions and Offers on selected products or lines, we refer to these collectively as our "Promotional/Discount Offers".

All of our Promotional/Discount Offers are subject to the below Terms + Conditions;

+ Valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale or promotional items which are already discounted unless otherwise stated
+ Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer;
+ Valid for a limited period of time as specified in the marketing communication, they cannot be used outside of that period and previous purchases are not eligible;
+ They may not be valid in stores unless otherwise stated;
+ If an item is returned which brings the amount spent below any qualifying level, the offer value may be deducted from any refund;
+ Promotional codes are for use by the intended recipient only and proof of entitlement may be requested;
+ All orders are subject to acceptance and any improper use of Promotional codes may result in the cancellation of your order;
+ Specific offer terms and conditions are provided with each Promotional Code - for specific information relevant to that offer, please refer to marketing material on which it is featured.
+ All orders are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to withdraw, amend or extend offers at any time, without prior notice;
+ Orders cannot be amended once placed and Promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively;
+ If applicable, free delivery and free returns applies only within the UK
+ If applicable, free delivery applies to Standard UK delivery only

Please Note: When an order is placed using a promotional/discount code which contains a number of items, the value of the discount is spread over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item. Any refund of an item purchased in such an order will be reduced by the value of discount attached to it. The ‘discount’ will not be refunded.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel an order from the moment you place it and your right to cancel ends on the 14th day from when your goods are delivered to you, your nominated neighbour or your dedicated safe place.

You are also given the right to cancel an order at the point of sale. We recommend you email enquiries@meandem.com in the first instance so we can arrange for your order cancellation prior to it being dispatched.

If your order has been shipped or is in transit you will not be able to cancel it before it reaches you. We recommend you return the goods following our Returns Policy.
If you choose to cancel your order (instead of following the returns process) you will need to cover the cost of the return shipment, as our Free Returns service does not apply to cancelled orders.

The cost of return and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain your Proof of Postage Receipt.

The reimbursement will be credited without undue delay to the purchaser’s original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Please note - Your right to return products does not apply to goods made for your specification, that have been clearly personalised or have not been reasonably cared for whilst in your possession.

Visit the Shipping Information page for our current UK and International Delivery services and costs.

We will deliver the goods to the address for delivery that you specified when you placed your order. Please be accurate when you give us your address details, as we will not be liable if the address that you have given and which we will deliver to is incorrect. We recommend selecting one of our 'Signature Required' delivery services to ensure the goods are delivered and received. We will not be responsible for the goods once they have been delivered to the address specified on the order.

If your order is confirmed as lost by the shipping provider and after their investigation process is complete, we will replace your order only. If the items are no longer required please return them to us using the freepost returns label and ensure you obtain proof of postage from the post office. If the items are out of stock we will process a refund.

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a Free UK Returns Policy on all Refund / Exchange requests.

All items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of the order with the completed Online Returns Form enclosed, and must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging with all ME+EM garment tags and labels attached.

Once we have received your returned item(s) at our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned goods. Please allow 10 working days for your return to reach us.

Once received we will inspect the returned item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per the ME+EM Returns Policy, we will process your return request within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and will send you further email notification to confirm this.

Jewellery returns will only be accepted with original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty and not fit for purpose. This does not affect your statutory rights. Visit the Returns + Exchanges page for further information.

Please contact Customer Care if you have experienced a manufacturing fault with one of our products to discuss your options prior to returning the item(s).

We offer an exchange or full refund on faulty returns under 6 months or an exchange or refund to store credit for orders over 6 -12 months at the Company's discretion.

We thoroughly inspect all our products before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is damaged or has a clear manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately.

Please take extra care when trying on your garments. We recommend wearing a protective scarf to avoid transferring cosmetics onto fabric and removing all deodorant, fragrances and jewellery.

Any item(s) returned as ‘Faulty’ will be inspected by our Garment Technician and any item(s) that are returned damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be considered as faulty and will be returned back to the customer. (Examples of wear and tear are item(s) that are returned soiled, marked or with any stains or perfume odours, material that contains fabric pulls, snags or bobbles or garments washed incorrectly).

If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced including delivery costs if the return is considered a manufacturing fault.

We will only discuss an order with the account holder. If you would like to return an online purchase that has been gifted to you, you will need to ask the account holder to contact ME+EM on your behalf.

At present we do not offer gift receipts but we do offer gift vouchers. If an item was received as a gift and the recipient would like to return the item for a refund, the refund will be made to the original order payment method. An email confirmation will be sent to the person who made the original purchase.

If the customer requires an exchange, an exchange can only be made for the same item in a different size/colour as per the Returns Policy. The exchange will be sent to the shipping address on the original order and an email confirmation will be sent to the person who made the original purchase.

We currently offer purchasable electronic gift vouchers which are sent via email.

ME+EM Gift Vouchers can be purchased online or by calling Customer Care on 03456 800 975

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit. Products purchased with Gift Vouchers are not available for cash refunds. Promotional codes or discounts cannot be used when purchasing a gift voucher.

 The Gift Voucher email will be sent at point of purchase. You can email the gift voucher to yourself and forward this on at a later date or print it and put it in a card.

 Expiry is 12 months from the purchase date.

 If the Gift Voucher is not used for a consecutive period of 12 months from purchase the voucher will automatically expire at the end of that period and the balance on the voucher will be forfeited.

 When redeeming a Gift Voucher, the value of the purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. If you part pay using a Gift Voucher, the full amount will be taken from the Gift Voucher and the remaining amount from the alternative method of payment.
