Tracked Delivery with Royal Mail for orders under £300 and Tracked and Signed for Delivery with Royal Mail for orders over £300. Royal Mail will email and text your delivery window on the morning of delivery.

ROYAL MAIL NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY - £7.95 

Royal Mail offers a 4-hour delivery window the next working day for orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday - signature required. For Christmas the last order date is Thursday 20th December 2018.

Royal Mail will email and text your delivery window on the morning of delivery.

DPD PREMIUM NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY - £10.95

DPD offers a 1-hour delivery window the next working day for orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday - signature required. For Christmas the last order date is Thursday 20th December 2018.

Delivery with DPD, a fully tracked service with one hour delivery window notification, via email or text on day of delivery.

Not going to be in? You can chose to change your delivery address, deliver to a neighbour or leave in a safe place, via the DPD website. Please note any changes to your delivery address will add an additional day to your delivery.


**We cannot offer this service to the following UK postcodes; G1-90, TR21 – 25, AB30-38/ 44-56, K8, IV, IM, HS, GY9, KW, PA, PH, FK - The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and the Scottish Highlands.
 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer a Standard International Delivery Service (10-15 days) for non-UK addresses charged at the below rates. For Christmas the last order date is Wednesday 14th December 2018.

The relevant International Delivery charge will automatically be added to your shopping bag when you input your Shipping Address details and select the correct country.

RETURN POLICY

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a Free UK Returns Policy on all Refund or Exchange requests.

All items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of the order with the completed Online Returns Form enclosed, and must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging with all ME+EM garment tags and labels attached. 

Once we have received your returned item(s) at our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned goods. Please allow 10 working days for your return to reach us. We cannot be held responsible for item(s) lost in transit.

We will then inspect the returned item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per the ME+EM Returns Policy, we will process your return request within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and will send you further email notification to confirm this.

Please note - At present we do not offer gift receipts. If an item was received as a gift and the recipient would like to return the item for a refund, the refund will be made to the original order payment method. An email confirmation will be sent to the person who made the original purchase.

If the customer requires an exchange, an exchange can only be made for the same item in a different size/colour as per the Returns Policy. The exchange will be sent to the shipping address on the original order and an email confirmation will be sent to the person who made the original purchase.

Christmas Extended Returns Policy - All purchases made from Monday 5th November can be returned up to Monday 7th January.

TAXES

All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of UK taxes (VAT) at the current rate (20%). We automatically deduct UK VAT for orders being delivered outside of the European Community.  Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

FAILED DELIVERY

We will deliver the goods to the address for delivery that you specified when you placed your order. Please be accurate when you give us your address details, as we will not be liable if the address that you have given and which we will deliver to is incorrect. We recommend selecting one of our 'Signature Required' delivery services to ensure the goods are delivered and received. We will not be responsible for the goods once they have been delivered to the address specified on the order.

**Please Note: If your order is confirmed as lost by the shipping provider and after their investigation process is complete, we will replace your order only. If the items are no longer required please return them to us using the free post returns label and ensure you obtain proof of postage from the post office. If the items are out of stock we will process a refund.

 

OWNERSHIP

You will own the goods once they have been delivered to the address specified on the order and when we have received cleared payment for the goods in full. Until that time then we will retain title to the goods.
